About me

I have always been fascinated with storytelling. As I've gotten older, this has shifted from plays, books, songs, and poems to journalism. Motivated initially by the upgrade in practicality, my decision to pursue journalism has allowed me to refine my passion for storytelling, giving it focus and power. The more comfortable with this format I become, the more I find myself seeking out the creativity of my youth. Now equipped with focus, I am able to think more deeply about what makes a story interesting and how to tell it most effectively. Choosing to pursue a second major in psychology, I have worked to apply this skill to my endless curiosity about the world and the role of humanity.
